SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders placed before 1 p.m. from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be sent on the same day.

Orders placed after 1 p.m. or on the weekend will be shipped the next business day.

They will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that orders placed during public holidays may have longer processing and delivery times.

*We would like to inform you that we are currently unable to deliver parcels to Belarus, Russia and Ukraine.

DELAYS

We work as quickly as possible to meet all delivery deadlines, but delays may occasionally occur. This can happen for many reasons including but not limited to courier delays, logistics and bad weather.

If your parcel is delayed, please know that we will keep you updated.

CUSTOMS

Items delivered outside the European Union may require customs clearance.

Some countries charge customs duty or tax on imported parcels above a certain value. If your order exceeds this amount, you may be required to pay a customs fee to receive your order.

Before purchasing, please contact your local customs office for more information about your country’s fees and to better understand your country’s threshold.

Please note that ZEN Fitness Wear does not cover import obligations applied by the government of the destination country. The company is not responsible for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply. We have no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount as they vary by country and order value. We are not responsible for informing customers that their goods are awaiting payment of duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

If you refuse to pay these fees, your shipment may be destroyed and an exchange or refund will not be possible.

Once you have finalized your order, you will be presented with several delivery options to choose from. We know you’re excited about your latest purchase at ZEN Fitness Wear, so we’re offering you the opportunity to choose your preferred method during checkout.

POLAND (INPOST/DPD)

MIĘDZYNARODOWE (DPD)

Free standard delivery over PLN 299 within Poland.

Customs duties, taxes and administrative fees (if applicable) are borne by the ordering party if goods are ordered from our website for delivery outside Poland. Please check your country’s tax specifications before placing your order as these costs cannot be predicted and are beyond our control.

We accept returned unused products with original tags within 14 days from the date of delivery.
