Where is my order?
Once your order is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email with order details. Our team will endeavor to have this order packed and shipped to you as quickly as possible. After sending your parcel, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that it has been shipped and a tracking link. Please be patient!

I received the wrong product.
We are very sorry this happened! We will try to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please send photos of the incorrect product, the packaging it was shipped in, and your invoice to hello@zen-fitnesswear.com. One of our advisors will contact you to solve the problem.

My order arrived damaged or defective.
We are very sorry this happened! All products are carefully checked before shipping, so we will check what happened. Please send your order number and a photo of the damaged product (making sure our tag is visible in the photo) to hello@zen-fitnesswear.com. We will try to deal with your case immediately.

There is an item missing from my package.
We are sorry this happened, all parcels are carefully checked before shipping. Please send your order number to hello@zen-fitnesswear.com and confirm that the package is not damaged and our team will be able to check what happened. We will contact you to solve the problem.

Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
We know that our customers want their products to be delivered as quickly as possible. That’s why as soon as you place your order, our team works hard to make sure it ships as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this means that we are not always able to change the details of your order once it has been confirmed (so always check your order carefully before clicking confirmation). If you need to change your details or cancel your order, please send us your order number and what exactly needs to be changed/cancelled to hello@zen-fitnesswear.com and we will see what we can do.

Why was my order canceled?
If you have received an order cancellation email from us, this will be because when you collect your order the product is out of stock or our payment service provider has refused to accept your payment method. You will receive a cancellation email from us with more details and the refund will be credited to your account within the next 7 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment methods such as credit card, transfer, Paypal, PayU, PayPo.

I forgot my password or can’t log in.
Don’t worry, we can solve this problem for you! Please send an email to: hello@zen-fitnesswear.com from the email address where your account was created with information about the login problem.

How can I unsubscribe from emails?
We are sorry that you want to unsubscribe from our notifications about new products and promotions! Remember, we only send access to our latest collections and discount codes via email subscription. If you really want to unsubscribe from our emails, you can do so by clicking “unsubscribe”. You will find it at the bottom of all the emails we have sent you.

I can’t find my order confirmation.
Confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the order. Please always double check that the email address you enter is correct. If you do not receive confirmation within a few days, please send an email to hello@zen-fitnesswear.com and we will check what happened.

Why haven’t I received all the products I ordered?
Sometimes the stock level of an ordered product is incorrect, which may mean that it is sold out and we are unable to fulfill the order. You will receive an email from us confirming your refund for the sold out item. However, if for any reason you are charged for an item that has not been shipped, please contact our customer service team at hello@zen-fitnesswear.com.

I’m not sure what size to order?
If you’re not sure what size to order, use our size guide. Please remember that our size guide is only a guide. If you are still not sure what size to order, write to us at: help@zen-fitnesswear.com.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Why is my order delayed?
We work as quickly as possible to meet all delivery deadlines, but delays may occasionally occur. This can happen for many reasons including but not limited to courier delays, logistics and bad weather. If your parcel is delayed, please know that we will keep you updated. If you have any issues with your order being delayed, please contact our team at hello@zen-fitnesswear.com.

Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland.

What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. If this is not the case, you can return or exchange the product within 14 days of delivery. All returned goods must have their original tags attached and the returned products must be unused.

Can I get a refund on another card?
Unfortunately, we can only refund products using the original payment method provided at checkout. If you have lost or canceled your card, this will not affect your refund. Your bank will be able to transfer your payment to your new account. To do this, please contact your bank.

The fee charged is incorrect.
Our system can only collect the amount you confirm at checkout, so please make sure you are paying in the correct currency.
