Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy.

1. If you are not completely satisfied with the purchased product, you can return it within 14 days from the date of order delivery.
2. You can choose whether to return the item to us for a refund, gift card refund or exchange, however the return must be returned (by post/courier) within 14 days of receiving your order.
3. The return value is limited to the total cost of the returned items.
4. All items returned for exchange, gift card or refund must have the original tags and proof of purchase attached.
5. If you want to return a product, it should not be used in any way, the returned product must be unused. Using the product in circumstances different from the Regulations may lead to a reduction in the refund amount or non-acceptance of the refund.
6. To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
– Please contact us if you wish to make a return or if the item is faulty/wrong,
– You will receive a returns form and an address to return the products,
– Return unused and intact products in original packaging with original tags,
7. We do not accept cash on delivery returns.
8. Quality control/assessment will take place after we receive the returned/exchanged products.
9. Once the products have been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming further action if necessary. If all is well, we will refund the payment received for the full cost of the products and the cheapest method of delivery, unless the shipping was free, in which case only the costs of the products will be refunded.
10. Refunds can only be made using the same method you originally used to pay for your purchase. Refunds are made within 14 days of the receipt of the return.
11. The customer is responsible for the decrease the value of the goods resulting from improper use or improper care.
12. Requests for exchanges are accepted at the Customer Service Department at help@zen-fitnesswear.com. When requesting a return or exchange, the Customer should provide the number of his order and the name of the product to be returned or exchanged.
