When will my order be shipped?
Shipping time depends on your location, but it usually takes 1-2 business days in Poland (this may take longer during holidays or product launches). Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with shipping information and a tracking number.
Our warehouse is located in Poland, near Gdańsk.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please visit the Create a Returnpage and follow the instructions. We accept return/exchange requests within 14 days of receiving your order.
