Where is my order?
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Our team will work to get your order packed and shipped to you as quickly as possible. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that your package has been shipped and a tracking link. Please be patient!
I received the wrong product.
We are very sorry that this has happened! We will try to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please send photos of the incorrect product, the packaging it was delivered in, and the invoice to hello@zen-fitnesswear.com . One of our advisors will contact you to resolve the issue.
My order arrived damaged or defective.
We are very sorry that this happened! All products are carefully checked before shipping, so we will check what happened. Send your order number and a photo of the damaged product (making sure that our label is visible in the photo) to hello@zen-fitnesswear.com . We will try to deal with your case immediately.
There's an item missing from my package.
We are sorry that this happened, all packages are carefully checked before shipping. Please send your order number to hello@zen-fitnesswear.com and confirm that the package was not damaged, and our team will be able to check what happened. We will contact you to solve the problem.
Can I cancel or change my order after I place it?
We know that our customers want their products delivered as quickly as possible. That's why as soon as you place an order, our team works hard to make sure it's dispatched as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this means that we're not always able to change the details of an order once it's been confirmed (so always double check your order before clicking confirm). If you need to change details or cancel an order, please send us your order number and exactly what needs to be changed/cancelled on address hello@zen-fitnesswear.com and we will check what can be done.
Why was my order canceled?
If you have received an email from us informing you that your order has been cancelled, this will be because the item was out of stock when you received it or our payment provider refused to accept your payment method. You will receive a cancellation email from us with more details and the refund will appear in your account within the next 7 business days.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Why is my order delayed?
We work as quickly as possible to meet all delivery dates, but sometimes delays can occur. This can happen for a number of reasons, including but not limited to courier delays, logistics, and bad weather. If your package is delayed, please know that we will keep you updated. If you have any issues with your order being delayed, please contact our team at hello@zen-fitnesswear.com .
Where is my order being shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you are not, you can return or exchange the product within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must have the original tags attached, and returned items must be unused.
Can I get a refund on another card?
Unfortunately, we can only refund items using the original payment method provided at checkout. If you have lost or cancelled your card, this will not affect your refund. Your bank will be able to transfer your payment to a new account. Please contact your bank to do this.
The fee charged is incorrect.
Our system can only collect the amount you confirmed at checkout, so please make sure you are paying in the correct currency.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment methods such as credit card, transfer, Paypal, PayU, PayPo.
I forgot my password or can't log in.

How can I unsubscribe from emails?
We are sorry that you want to unsubscribe from our news and promotions! Remember, we only send access to our latest collections and discount codes via email subscription. If you really want to unsubscribe from our emails, you can do so by clicking "unsubscribe". You will find it at the bottom of all emails we have sent to you.
I can't find my order confirmation.
Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided in your order. Please always double check that the email address you entered is correct. If you do not receive confirmation within a few days, please send an email to hello@zen-fitnesswear.com and we'll check what happened.
Why haven't I received all the products I ordered?
Sometimes the stock of an item you ordered is incorrect, which may mean it is sold out and we are unable to fulfill your order. You will receive an email from us confirming your refund for the item that is sold out. However, if for some reason you are charged for an item that has not been shipped, please contact our customer service at hello@zen-fitnesswear.com .
