SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note that orders placed during public holidays may have longer processing and delivery times.
*Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to Belarus, Russia and Ukraine.
DELAYS
We work as quickly as possible to meet all delivery dates, but delays can sometimes occur. This can happen for a number of reasons, including but not limited to courier delays, logistics, and bad weather.
If your package is delayed, please know that we will keep you updated.

CUSTOMS
Items shipped outside the European Union may require customs clearance.
Some countries charge duty or tax on imported packages above a certain value. If your order exceeds this amount, you may be asked to pay customs fees to receive your order.
Please contact your local customs office before purchasing to get more information about your country's fees and to better understand your country's threshold.
Please note that ZEN Fitness Wear does not cover import duties applied by the destination country's government. The company is not responsible for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount as they vary by country and order value. We are not responsible for informing customers that their item is subject to payment of duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
If you refuse to pay these fees, your shipment may be destroyed and no exchange or refund will be possible.

Customs duties, taxes and administrative fees (if applicable) are borne by the ordering party if goods are ordered from our website for delivery outside Poland. Before placing an order, please check the tax specification of your country, as these costs cannot be predicted and are beyond our control.
