PROCESS
PROJECT
All ideas originate in our office near Gdańsk. Our designer creates drawings, which are then sent to the sewing workshop. Based on the design and guidelines, the sewing workshop creates the first samples.
SAMPLE
Once the samples are received, our team proceeds with measurements and quality checks. All feedback is sent to the sewing factory, which makes corrections and creates the final pattern. Depending on the number of corrections, the entire process takes approximately 30-40 days.
FABRIC & COLOR
After the final samples are approved, samples of the selected garment color for the new collection are prepared. Then, the chosen material is dyed and dried. The dyeing process takes approximately 30 days.
CUTTING, SEWING, PACKING
Once the dyed fabric is ready, our sewing room proceeds with cutting and sewing the products. Then, all products are ironed and hand-packed. The order is handed over to the carrier and shipped to our warehouse. The entire process takes approximately 40 days.
PRODUCT
Upon arrival at our warehouse, all products are sorted, inventoried, and placed on shelves. Once an order is received, our warehouse employee packs the order and ships it to you 💕
